Mathew Tonks who is also part-owner of Nutrition for Life and in his health coaching services provides an additional layer of direction to assist people in living a healthier lifestyle.
Mat is deeply passionate about health and fitness and in a past life as a diesel mechanic knows all to well how the body and mind can become fatigued, unwell and unhealthy. Having been on his own personal journey exploring Low Carb Healthy Fat and also Ketogenic eating, Mat is a firm believer in the benefits of this approach, however nutrition is not just the only area of health that a person should be covering.
What is a Health Coach?
A Health Coach spends time to help a person figure out what their personal health and wellness issues are, how they intersect and affect them holistically and help them develop strategies to overcome them, whether it's that they want to lose weight, reduce stress, sleep better or lower the risk of chronic illness.

Healthy Coaching is a one on one service, provided in frequent sessions over a short period of time for a result in a particular area of need. This service can be provided online or in our clinic in-person.
